Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our range of digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Present and promote Webax Solutions’ services to potential clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our offerings.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing and project teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesperson or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, video editing, graphic design, or related fields is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
